In this module, we will look at the origins of Fiqh al-Mu'amalat from the Quran and the Sunnah, and the introduction of the first Shariah-compliant commercial instruments. We will also highlight the beginning of the modern era of Islamic finance and the ways in which this industry can evolve in the future.
